01 The Firm

A coordinator, not a clinic.

What we do, and what we do not do.

MediTour Pacifica Corporation is a medical travel coordination company based in Toronto. We do not practice medicine, own clinics, or sell procedures. We coordinate the space between a patient in Canada and an accredited provider abroad — and we do it in writing, in advance, with the details resolved before anyone boards a plane.

The work begins with a consult: understanding the procedure, the timeline, the budget, and the constraints that matter to the patient. From there we match against a small set of accredited clinics we know well, present the options in plain language, and — if the patient chooses to proceed — coordinate the parts that are easy to get wrong: records transfer, pre-operative requirements, travel and accommodation, interpreter support, and the follow-up schedule after return.

We are not a marketplace and we do not accept placement fees that would bias a recommendation. Our role is to make a complicated decision legible, and then to make the logistics invisible. The patient's only job is to recover.

We are federally incorporated and privately held. The clinics we work with are accredited and independently operated; the coordination is ours.

03 Process

Five stages, in order.

Nothing is booked until the clinical plan is settled.
01

Consult

A structured conversation about the procedure, the medical history, the timeline, and the budget. No obligation, no pressure. The output is a written brief that both sides work from.

02

Match

A short list of accredited clinics and surgeons whose scope and availability fit the brief. Each option comes with credentials, typical outcomes as published by the provider, and a full cost estimate — not a teaser price.

03

Plan

Once a provider is chosen: records transfer, pre-operative testing where required, surgical date, travel and accommodation, interpreter support, and a written itinerary with contacts at every stage.

04

Travel

Coordination on the ground — airport transfer, clinic admission, a local point of contact who answers in the patient's language, and a clear escalation path if anything changes.

05

Follow-up

A post-return schedule coordinated with the patient's Canadian physician, transfer of operative notes and imaging, and a check-in at defined intervals. Recovery does not end at the airport.

04 Standards

What we will not compromise.

Three commitments that shape every recommendation.
i · Accreditation

Accredited providers only

We work with clinics that hold recognised accreditation — JCI or equivalent national accreditation — and that maintain an international patient department. We do not work with unaccredited facilities, and we do not negotiate on this point.

ii · Transparency

Full costs, in writing

Every estimate is itemised: surgeon, facility, anaesthesia, implants, follow-up, and coordination fees. If a provider will not give a full number before travel, we do not present them as an option.

iii · Continuity

Records follow the patient

Operative notes, imaging, and discharge summaries are transferred to the patient and, with consent, to their Canadian physician. A medical journey that leaves the patient's own doctor uninformed is not a completed journey.
